Head coach of Asante Kotoko Mariano Barreto has revealed the only condition that will make him continue his job with the Porcupines.
According to the 64-year-old, if certain necessary elements don’t change in Asante Kotoko, he won’t continue as Head Coach of the club.
Barreto has been under pressure since the Porcupines’ defeat to rivals Hearts of Oak which handed them the Premier League trophy.
However, calls for him to be sacked are getting louder after ending the season trophy-less.
Barreto In an interview with Kumasi-based Nhyira FM believes he will be insane to continue as Kotoko coach if the club is still without a Physio room, Video room and Technical office.
“Without a physio room, video room and a Technical office, there’s no way I will continue working with Kotoko,” the outspoken gaffer said.
He concluded that, there’s no way he will continue working under those circumstances.
Mariano Berretto is reportedly on his way out of the club after falling out with the management and some Board Members.
He won 11, lost 4, and drawn 6 of his 21 games since taking over the Kotoko.
