Asante Kotoko have dissolved its 12-member Communication team headed by lawyer Sarfo Duku after ten months in office.
The twelve-member Communication team was appointed on September 4, 2018 to run the club’s communication department under the Dr. Kwame Kyei led administration. The Communication team of twelve has been headed by Lawyer Sarfo Duku Esq., who replaced then head head of communication, Obed Acheampong and was inaugurated on September 28 last year. All eleven members of the team have lost their job except the head who have been maintained to take charge of the club’s information dissemination ahead of their CAF Champions League campaign which begins by August 9.

The twelve member communication team comprise of Lawyer Sarfo Duku Esq. as head, Nana Kwame Dankwah (Chairman, Greater Accra Regional Circles & and deputy Accra Rep),Lucy Josephine Andoh (Deputy administrator, Kotoko Secretariat), Twum Barimah (P.R.O, National Circles Council), Joseph Nkoo (P.R.O, Brong Ahafo Regional Circles Council), Seth Nii Darko (P.R.O, GT. Accra Reg. Circles Council).
Other members include Osei Assibey (P.R.O, Ash. Reg. Circles Council), Matthew Koomson (Circles, Northern Region), Philomena Osei (Fabulous Ladies, Ash/GT. Accra), Prince Damoah (Circles, Western Region), Benjamin Ofori Kwakye (Real Kum Apem/Porcupine Warriors), Simon Afful Benteh (Porcupine Warriors) and Edwin Okyere Boateng (Circles, Ashanti region). It is worth noting that Edwin Okyere Boateng resigned along the line.
