Four times Ghana premier league champions Ashantigold SC have officially announced the formation of a five-member Interim Management Committee (IMC) tasked to temporarily undertake the day to day “operational activities of the club”.
The committee is made of Alhassan Abdul Rahman, Mark Mensah, Seth Boakye Agyemang, Joseph Kwame Nimo-Poku and George Asiedu.
The IMC have been tasked to, in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer of the club Frederick Acheampong, take charge of the operational activities of the club until a substantive Management is announced.
In a statement signed by the club CEO, the club stated it “will in the near future announce composition of Board of Directors”.
On the other hand, the club has appointed sports journalist and writer Nuhu Adams and Daniel Bioh as officials for the Communications Department of the club.
