Ghana premier league side Accra Hearts of Oak have announced the club have signed an agreement with Turkish construction firm PREFABEX for the construction of the Pobiman Academy project.
Officials of the Turkish company arrived in Ghana last Sunday to formalize the agreement with the Accra based club following agreement in principle reached earlier.
The phobians have now announced via the club’s official twitter handle that the agreement has finally been signed today and the details will be made public shortly.
