The legitimate Delegates of the Division One League clubs have duly elected the representatives to occupy their assigned three slots on the Ghana FA Executive Council (Exco) as Otuo Acheampong Braimah Boadaa misses out after the voting on Thursday.
The elections, held at the GFA secretariat, saw division side Hearts of Lions bankroller Randy Abbey (26 votes), Mark Addo of Nzema Kotoko (25 votes) and Samuel Anim Addo of Young Apostles (19 votes) duly elected to represent the Division one clubs on the Exco.
After the contest, Alhaji Karim Grusah and lawyer Kwaku Ayiah missed out on the opportunity to serve on the Exco after polling 9 and 7 votes respectively.
Other contestants; Otuo Acheampong Braimah Boadaa (4 votes), Justice Boison (13 votes), Gideon Fosu (17 votes), Eric Oppong Yeboah (4 votes) all missed out as well.
The winners will now serve as representatives of the 48 division league clubs on the Exco for the next four years.
