Close to a year after the complete stop of international football in Africa due to the outbreak of the Corona Virus pandemic, October is showing since of a return in international football activities in as a good number of African nations have scheduled friendly games.
This Pan-African Sports News Agency understands Nigeria, Morocco, Congo, Cameroon, African Champions Algeria, South Sudan are all expected to be in action next month
October 7, 2020:
South Sudan vs Cameroon’s intermediate team ( Yaoundé-Cameroon)
October 9, 2020:
Morocco vs Senegal (Rabat – Morocco)
Nigeria Vs Ivory Coast (Austria)
October 13, 2020
Senegal Vs Mauritania (Thies-Senegal)
Tunisia Vs Nigeria (Austria)
Undisclosed date:
Cape Verde Vs Andorra
(In Portugal)
Undisclosed dates but between October 7th and 13th:
Cameroon Vs Japan
Algeria Vs Cameroon (both games in the Netherlands)
Gambia, Mozambique, and Guinea Bissau are working on having a mini-tournament format friendly.
There are a number of unconfirmed international games we are still monitoring for effective reporting once details are confirmed.
