Kevin De Bruyne (27) was voted the best midfielder in the last edition of the Champions League. The Belgian from Manchester City, eliminated in the quarter-final against Olympique Lyonnais, nevertheless splashed the competition of his class.
The Red Devil edged out the two winners of the event, Thomas Muller (Bayern Munich) and Thiago (Bayern/Liverpool). It should be noted that Lyon’s Dzenifer Maroszan has been recognized as the best midfielder of the past season of C1.
