Asante Kotoko head coach, Maxwell Konadu, has admitted that his side could not produce the choicest performance in the league opener against Techiman Eleven Wonders.
The Porcupine Warriors shared the spoils with the Techiman based club despite taking the lead on the 54th minute through Kwame Opoku before it was leveled on the 76th minute by Prince Okraku.
Speaking at the post-match presser, Coach Maxwell Konadu didn’t mince words, but rather accepted that his lads could not fashion out as expected.
“It was a difficult match. We know we didn’t play the best football. After getting the first game, we were trying to manage the game a bit, but it was very difficult.”
He reckoned, Whereas it is a first match of the season, we will take a clue out of this game and try to build much better in the coming games.”

The Ghanaian giants will travel to another slippery grounds on Sunday to play against Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park on matchday two.
