Asante Kotoko Board member, Dr. Kofi Amoah-Abban, has promised to pay each play of the Porcupine Warriors $300 should they beat Al Hilal to secure qualification.
The Porcupine Warriors will play as guest to Sudanese giants Al Hilal tomorrow in Sudan to battle for group stage berth in the 2020/21 CAF Champions League.
Asante Kotoko suffered 1-0 defeat in the hands of their Sudanese counterparts at the Accra Sports Stadium.
However, the Philanthropist Board member is optimistic that the Porcupine lads have what it takes to overturn the scoreline to qualify hence the motivation.
The players of Asante Kotoko earlier today missed out their mandatory training sessions at the match due to agitations for their per diem.
Though the per diem has been settled, other bonuses are yet to be paid to the players.
The Porcupine Warriors drew 1-1 with FC Nouadhibou of Mauritania in their first outing in the 2020/21 season before reaching this stage.
