The coronavirus crisis is far from over in Europe. Worse, certain variants, coming in particular from England and South Africa, worry the various scientific councils of the Old Continent. Faced with recent events, and despite a vaccination program launched a few days ago, English Prime Minister Boris Johnson has just announced this evening that England was once again subject to total containment for a period of six weeks, at least (i.e. until mid-February).
An announcement that recalls memories of the month of March, when the whole of Europe had deserted the streets. But while our English neighbors will have to stay at home, Skysports says professional sports will not stop. Thus, the Premier League clubs will be able to continue the competition, while respecting the protocol put in place.
