Edmund Ackah, former Management member of Asante Kotoko whose overwhelming knowledge in football is unparalleled has secured one of the slots to represent Premier league clubs at the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA).
The Ghana League Club Association (GHALCA) went into the poll as the current executive members tenure of office has expired.
And experience football administrator, Edmund Ackah, whose service to Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko has been nothing short of the best pulled 91 out of the total votes cast today at the Accra Sports Stadium.
His closest contender, George Ofosuhene of West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) polled 64 while Kumasi King Faisal’s Nana Amankwah hard 53.
Ackah who is known for his unmatched and striking knowledge about the statutes of the game together with George Ofosuhene will represent Ghana Premier Leagues at the GHALCA innthe next four years.
Ackah’s stay in football has seen him serving National teams with his unique experience. He was Black Stars B team manager when they won WAFU tournament in 2017 when the competition was host in Ghana and won Silver in 2019 in the same competition.
