Information gathered by Ghanasportspage.com indicated that the Club President of AshantiGold Dr. Kwaku Frimpong Champion has agreed on personal terms with Ibrahim Salifu and is now trying to thrash out a deal with Eleven Wonders to Sign the Winger.
Salifu is available for GH¢ 100,000.00 as he’s in the final year of his Contract and Eleven Wonders are ready to Cash-in this January transfer window after the Kumasi Born Winger made it clear he won’t extend the contract.
AshantiGold has made their move and has agreed with Salifu and the Miners are now trying to thrash out a free with Eleven Wonders.
Both club Owners Dr. Kwaku Frimpong and Nana Ameyaw Manu have a good business relationship after Eleven Wonders sell their Right Back Kojo Amoako to Ashantigold in 2019.
However, Ashantigold could yet face stiff competition for the 20-year-old’s Signature from the Ghana Premier League Giants of Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak are also tracking Ibrahim Salifu and could yet make a move of their own.
Ibrahim Salifu has clinched five man of the match awards so far this season.
