Liberty Professionals were on the cusp of glory but partially failed against Inter Allies at the Dansoman Karl Reindhof park on Sunday.
The scientific soccer lads grabbed a late lead through Abraham Wayo after Stanley Ampaw had canceled out Inter Allie’s center forward Suleman Nafiu’s first-half advantage.
However, a last-gasp strike from substitute defender Hashmin Musah saw the game 2-2.
Abraham Wayo was chosen as the best player of the game by the match officials.
