The Premier League side Ashanti Gold Sporting Club have completed the signing of Eleven Wonders playmaker Seth Osei on a three-year deal, ghanasportspage.com can reliably report.
The player completed his medicals on Thursday, and has as well completed all documentations to make his move to the Obuasi based club a success. According to Sunyani based Nimdee FM, Seth Osei, who played for Eleven Wonders in the 2019/2020 football season, had his contract with the Tachiman based side run out in December 2020, and has now joined the Miners on a free transfer.
Ashanti Gold SC have refused to deny nor confirm the reports when we contacted them, but left an open comment which suggests truth in the story. “Once we’ve not come out to say anything, it means it’s not a done deal so when it’s done we’ll confirm for you”, Eric Karikari, Communication Director for Ashanti Gold told ghanasportspage.com.
However, we can confirm that Osei trained with Ashanti Gold SC at the Obuasi Len Clay sports stadium. It is therefore clear that the player is inches away from completing his move to Ashgold, and an official announcement of the deal by the club will soon be done.
