The chairman of the National Chapters Commitee(NCC) of Accra Hearts of Oak Elvis Herman Hesse has resigned from his position as a Board member of the club.
Hesse tendered in his resignation yesterday, 23rd February 2021. The club announced on their official Twitter page. Here is the copy:
