Coach of Bechem United Kasim Mengil has said Asante Kotoko did nothing extraordinary to warrant such a massive victory over his side on Wednesday afternoon.
Speaking in a post-match conference with the Press, he admitted his side was indiscipline which gave Kotoko the upper hand.
“I didn’t see anything extraordinary from the side of Kotoko, they player a normal game but my boys were indisciplined that gave them the upper hand”, he said.
“If you look at the Kotoko team tactically, there was nothing new, I am just surprised my boy allow such a humiliation to happen”,
According to him, if his boys had play just a little like they played against Liberty Professionals, the scoreline would have been different.
“If my boys had play just a little like they played against Liberty Professionals last Sunday, you would have seen a different scoreline today, my players just didn’t get it right”, he added.
Bechem United before the Kotoko game were 7th on the league log with 27 points hoping to add the three to it to get into the top 4.
