Berekum Chelsea responded well but could not create enough chances to score with Liberty’s Abraham Wayo’s goal the difference before the break.
The Bono-based club came back stronger in the second half and nearly got the equalizer but Liberty’s Goalkeeper Kofi Baah delivered a good save to deny Chelsea.
Liberty Professionals brought on Kwame Paul early during restart to add more energy to the team.
The Bibires looking to stay hot on the heels of the chasing pack were caught out during the hour mark when Adamu Amadu completed the victory with a smart curler in the 79 minutes.
