The Director General of the National Sports Authority has congratulated Ghana’s national athletics relay team for their incredible performance at the just ended World Relay Championship in Poland.
A statement signed by the NSA director himself Prof. Peter Twumasi reads.
“The Director General of the National Sports Authority congratulates the national athletics relay team for their outstanding performance at the just ended World Relay Championship in Poland”,
“The team assured the nation that they will leave no stone unturned to ensure that they qualify to the Tokyo Olympics in course of their preparation to participate in the championship”, it reads.
The NSA Boss also assured the team of the continues support from the NSA and MoYS in his statement.
“The National Sports Authority and the Ministry of Youth and Sports will continue to support the Athletics Association and for that matter all other disciplines in their to win more laurels for mother Ghana”.
The national Relay team put up a wonderful performance to seal a qualification to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
