The Ghana League Clubs Association, GHALCA, has secured a deal with the National Service Secretariat (NSS) to secure service personnel for all clubs in the country.
The agreement will see Premier League, Women’s Premier League and Division One League clubs provided with four different service personnel who will play different roles and assist the clubs in administration of the clubs to ease the workload on them ans ensure progress and development.
In a release signed by the Administrative Manager of GHALCA, Samuel Oduro-Nyarko, clubs will be entitled to a personnel each in the following areas; administration, accounts, marketing and information technology. The status quo remains same as the monthly allowances for these personnel shall be provided by the NSS.
This initiative by the Cudjoe Fianoo led GHALCA will see a large proportion of the youth have their share of the cake by exploring the various job opportunities football offers as well as acquiring the technical know-how in football administration in Ghana.
