Thiago Silva’s wife Isabele da Silva continued to win Chelsea fans’s hearts with her over the top fanaticism that manifested itself once more after the win against Leicester City.
The Blues leapt to third place in the Premier League table after a 2-1 win over the Foxes barely four days after FA Cup final disappointment for Thomas Tuchel’s men. The feisty Premier League encounter was temper-filled and players nearly lost their heads towards the end of the game as they clashed on the touchline following an incident on the pitch.
After the melee, Leicester City players Ricardo Perera and Ghanaian Daniel Amartey went into referee Mike Dean’s books, with Thiago Silva’s wife Belle reacting on Instagram soon after. Belle was particularly critical of Daniel Amartey after a video of the Leicester midfielder tossing away Chelsea’s pennant during FA Cup celebrations surfaced on social media.
Chelsea fans and players clearly had not forgotten Amartey’s actions and made their feelings known when the melee broke out late in the game. Notably, Thiago Silva was at the centre of it all, calling out the Ghanaian.
Belle shared her thoughts on Twitter afterwards where she hilariously backed her husband’s savage actions, saying, “That’s right Thiago Silva show who’s boss,” She accompanied the tweet with a photo of her husband confronting Amartey, a move that excited Chelsea fans online.
