Head coach for Asante Kotoko, Mariano Barreto has named a strong 18-man squad for the encounter against WAFA SC in the Ghana Premier League this weekend.
The Porcupines will be hosting the academy boys in matchweek 26 fixture at the Len Clay Stadium on Saturday.
Looking to gather momentum as they bid to win the Ghana Premier League title at the end of the campaign, Asante Kotoko is geared up to defeat WAFA tomorrow to maintain their spot at the top.
Head coach for the side, Mariano Barreto has hence named an 18-man squad to do battle for the Reds.
Goalkeeper Razak Abalora who has been Kotoko’s first choice this season has been dropped from the squad list for the first time under Mariano Barreto as Kwame Baah and Felix Annan get the nod.
Duo Emmanuel Gyamfi and Godfred Asiamah have returned to the squad list after missing out in their last game against Liberty Professionals in Sogakope.
Striker Evans Adomako who has been on the periphery due to injury has also gotten the nod after so many months.
