The Ghana premier league continues today as Aduana Stars host Asante Kotoko at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park in Dormaa
The Match day 27 fixture will see the two teams meeting for the 22nd time in all competitions since the Dormaa-based club earned promotion into the premier league in 2009.
However, in the last 21 meetings between the two teams, Aduana Stars is leading the fabulous club. Aduana has managed to 7 wins, 7 draws and 6 losses while Asante Kotoko has also managed to win 6 games, drawn 8 and lost 7.
However, Asante kotoko are yet to win a game in Dormaa Against Aduana.
The last time the two team met at Dormaa it was a 1-0 defeat in favour of Aduana king coutesy Daniel Bio’s late strike.
Kotoko in their last five matches played in the league has won three and drawn two, picking 11 points from a possible 15. The Reds are yet to lose a game since their last lost against Medeama at the Len clay Sports Stadium.
Aduana Stars, on the other hands, in their last five matches played have managed to record three wins and two defeats, picking 9 points from a possible 15.
Kotoko are second on the league table with 46 points whilst Aduana Stars are 8th on the league table with 39 points
