Defender Amos Frimpong has won his first man of the match award after his side Eleven Wonders defeated King Faisal in the Ghana Premier League matchweek 27 fixture on Sunday.
Eleven Wonders completed the double against King Faisal by beating 0-1 at the Ohene Ameyaw Park.
A late strike from Samuel Boakye was enough to give the visitors the maximum points.
Wonders had a good start to the game creating a lot of problems to the King Faisal.
The former Asante Kotoko captain thwarted every attack by King Faisal and carried the match on his shoulders and pulled on his teammates along with his rich experience.
The intelligent defender was the toast of fans with an exciting run of form at the Ohene Ameyaw Park.
Frimpong’s impressive display in the afternoon earned him the NASCO Man of the Match in the game.
The award is the first for the defender who has been fantastic since joining the Techiman-based club.
