Arsenal midfielder Thomas Teye Partey was sacked from Black Stars in Cape Coast camp by head coach CK Akonnor after he arrived two days late.
The 27-year-old, who is the deputy captain of Black Stars will miss the friendly against Morocco on Tuesday and Ivory Coast this weekend.
The Black Stars contingent left the shores of the country very early on Monday morning to Casablanca.
According to Accra-based Asempa FM Partey refused to join the Black Stars’ training sessions in Cape Coast but he only showed up to join the team when they were about to fly to Rabat.
