The Ghanaian International has arrived in Ghana after parting ways with English Premier League side Newcastle United FC.
The winger after four years stay with the Magpies, opted to move away having had a tough season where he failed to feature for the club in the topflight.
He joined Newcastle United under Manager Rafa Benitez in 2017 on a permanent deal having inspired the outfit from the Championship to the Premier League. Atsu joined from Chelsea on loan before making his deal a permanent one.
After a difficult season, the former Malaga and Bournemouth star have returned to his mother land. He arrived with dozens of football boots to be donated to footballers.
Atsu is known of his humanitarian duties and charity works especially to inmates. This is just one of them.
He has been linked with a move to Aston Villa and some European clubs.
