Legon Cities FC shot stopper Slyvester Sackey has expressed disappointment in his side defeat on Sunday in the Ghana Premier League.
The Royals were hoping to clinch a deserving results in Aiyinase on Sunday when they played as guest to Karela United FC, however each half goal stunned them. Denying them, the much needed points.
Legon Cities after conceding an early goal put up a good fight but where still sent packing with a second goal having suffered a painful injury, Kwame Paul.
Sackey’s thought after the game he said; “I am very disappointed and sad we lost. We gave everything and couldn’t take our chances”
“We were superior and far better than them in the second half but this is over now and we will place it behind us”
“Well, it’s cool but together with the three points will be awesome and perfect match for me.”
He touched on their game against Hearts of Oak next week: “It’s our home game so perfect opportunity to end their unbeaten run. We will work towards that everything we have.”
