The Management of Ghana Premier league giants Asante Kotoko SC have assured it supporters of appealing Emmanuel Gyamfi’s charge by the Ghana Football Association.
The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) have charged Emmanuel Gyamfi of a misconduct during their game against Inter Allies FC last week in Dawu.
Gyamfi was charged for breaching article 34(6)(d) of the GFA Premier league regulations 2019 having stamp on Andy Okpe in an off-ball situation in the second half of game. According to the association, the action by the player is improper and likely to bring the game into dispute.
However, the club says they will appeal on the case since the regulations offers them the opportunity to file an appeal if believed they are not guilty.
