Dr. Gifty Oware-Aboagye has grabbed four nominations in the National Football Awards with her outfit Berry Ladies FC.
The Capital based Ghana Women’s Premier League side have received four nominations in the upcoming 2021 National Football Awards.
Dr. Gifty who is the Deputy Executive Director of the National Service Scheme is the Chief Executive Officer of the club.
She has led the team prestigiously well that, she has grabbed four nominations in the football awards.
She has been nominated as Best CEO of the Season.
Following her stupendous performance with the Women’s Premier League side, she has been offered a nomination to recognize her brilliant activities in the football industry.
Oware-Aboagye’s nomination comes in following her supervision and sterling administration. Her outfit, Berry FC can boast of a world class administrative office, a club house and placing second in the just ended Women’s Premier League.
Gifty Oware-Aboagye has competition with Asante Kotoko’s Nana Yaw Amponsah and Elloeney Amande of Karela United FC.
Another slot for the club, is Mercy Tagoe-Quarcoo, who doubles as Black Queens trainer.
They have also been nominated as the Ghanaian football club with the best social media presence. Berry Ladies who are very lively presence on social media will be competing with seven other clubs including Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko for the honors.
They also earned a nomination for the Best Female Club in the country. They fight for the award alongside Ampem Darkoa Ladies and Hasaacas Ladies.
