Asante Kotoko board chairman, Dr Kwame Kyei Baffour has promised a big bonus for the Kotoko players if they beat Hearts of Oak on Sunday in the Ghana Premier League derby.
The business mogul is convinced Kotoko would carry the day and he has promised a substantial reward package.
Dr Kyei at the AJ Hotel in Accra presented a cheque of GHc100,000 to the team and demanded from them to win Sunday’s game for Asanteman. He also reminded the players of the significance of beating the Phobians and what it means for the teeming fans of the club.
He again told the players to go ahead and cash out the money on Monday should they emerge winners after the game.
The game is scheduled to kick-off 15:00GMT and will be telecast live by Television right holder, StarTimes.
