Hearts of Oak attacking midfielder Emmanuel Nettey has vowed to make a sensational return to the pitch after sustaining an injury on Sunday.
The Ghanaian attacking midfielder who has been an instrumental figure for Accra Hearts of Oak SC was stretched off during the SUPER CLASH game against bitter rivals Asante Kotoko SC at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The 24-year old made a start in their encounter against the Porcupine Warriors, but had to be stretched off after ten minutes of play, having sustained a pelvic injury. He went into a poor challenge with Fabio Gama which led to the injury.
He paved way for Frederick Ansah Botchway in the first quarter of the clash.
However, Nettey has taken to twitter lauding his side’s 1-0 win over the Porcupine Warriors and wishing to come back stronger.
Not the best way to exit the game but we won , 3 points in the bag , top of the table, we grateful unto God. Time to focus on my recovery to come back stronger 🙏🏿❤️💛💙#Jeegidigidi #Godisthereason 🙏🏿 https://t.co/OtZ8W6FuGU
