The President and Bankroller of Ghana Premier League side King Faisal FC, Abdul Karim Grusah popularly known as Alhaji Grusah in the fraternity has cried bitterly over financial structure to run the club.
The astute Football Administrator is struggling to finance his team especially in this COVID-19 times where much is not given to the clubs to run their daily activities. Hours ago, the players of King Faisal boycott training in protest of winning bonus and salaries.
However, Alhaji Grusah calmed the situation for the players to resume training ahead of their weekend clash against Asante Kotoko SC.
Speaking to Rainbow Sports, Grusah confirmed that he is struggling to pay bonuses of the players and also financing the team as a whole.
“I am struggling to pay bonuses, finance my team”It is not easy at all when they is no sponsorship”
Meanwhile, he has expressed readiness to sell his players to clubs show interest in them.
“If I have the player and you want to buy him, I will sell it for you.”
King Faisal FC will host Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC on Saturday at the Nana Ohene Ameyaw park in Techiman.
