Ghanaian player Joseph Amoah after months of absence begun preseason training with Portuguese side Vitoria SC.
The lengthy absence of the midfielder was as a result of injury. He sustained a muscle injury in September during training.
The 27-year old injury ruled him out of the 2020/21 football season in Portugal. He spent 10 months on the sidelines.
The former WAFA player career has been plagued by injuries in the last three season having missed half of the 2019/2020 season with a hip injury.
Amoah’s contract with Vitoria SC runs till summer of 2023.
