Italy’s Gianluigi Donnarumma has become the first-ever goalkeeper to win the Euro Player of the Tournament award.
The 22-year-old saved two penalties to help Italy become the champions of 2020 Euro in London on Sunday night, after the game had ended 1-1 in normal time.
Donnarumma had also become the hero in the semi-finals, where the Azzurri defeated a brilliant Spain team on penalties.
Meanwhile, the former AC Milan goalkeeper is currently a free agent and is all but confirmed as a new Paris Saint Germain footballer.
