Accra based AG Hotel and Suites has written to Asante Kotoko to demand for their ¢140,000.00 balance after utilizing their facility in the course of the ongoing 2020/2021 Premier league season.
Asante kotoko used to occupy AG Hotel in the first round of the ongoing Ghana premier league whenever they visit Accra.
It is alleged that the kotoko team was denied an entry into the hotel before the league fixture against Great olympics at the Accra Sports Stadium because the club was highly indebted to the hotel, an amount of ¢150,000.00 was reported.
According to Kumasi Base Silver FM ,the club had to lodge into another hotel before the match.
Later, kotoko settled ¢10,000.00 to the hotel making them owe the hotel ¢140,000.00
The lawyer of the hotel has written to Asante Kotoko in demand of the remaining amount of ¢140,000.00 couple of weeks ago but the club has turned a deaf ear the AG Hotel.
kotoko is yet to reply to the hotel.
