Head of Asante Kotoko SC Management, Nana Yaw Amponsah says he has not to received any official statement from Ghana Football Association(GFA) about his supposed five-years ban.
Amponsah who is also the owner of Division One side, Phar Rangers was reported to be suspended from all football related activities after the GFA’s Disciplinary Committee in June banned Rangers and its stakeholders five years for withdrawing from the second-tier without a just cause.
The suspension could have affected his Chief Executive Officer role for Kotoko but he says nobody has told him anything.
“I have not seen anything that affects me and nobody me asked or told me anything as a person. Nobody has every invited me on any matter and so am focused and I continue to do my work” he told Happy FM in Accra, Ghana.
“I am somebody who sees progress in everything that comes my way and if am not guilty, I will never be guilty. If am not guilty on any matter I will never be guilty.” he added.
