In the second half, Ahmed Toure doubled the lead with beautiful executed left foot shot after a control with the chest inside the box.
The away got themselves back in the game after Joshua Anim finished off a well worked goal to make the score 2-1.
The lower side pulled parity inside the last 15 minutes with a near perfect freekick goal by Kingsley Sekyi from just outside the box.
The game hence ended in a two goal apiece in regulation time.
In extra time, Medeama reclaim their lead through Prince Opoku Agyemang on the 105th minute.
