Black Stars coach, Charles Akonnor has named his call-up for Ghana’s upcoming World Cup qualifying games against South Africa and Ethiopia.
Charles Akonnor announced his 30-man contingent for the upcoming games at a press conference held at the Ghana Football Association headquarters in Accra on Friday, August 13, 2021.
Asante Kotoko, Dreams FC, Hearts of Oak, Steadfast are all going to be represented in the camp of the Black Stars.
Richard Attah, Ismail Ganiyu, Philemon Baffuor, Afriyie Barnieh and Abdul Fatawu Issahaku are the local contingent for the upcoming qualifiers.
Ghana are scheduled to host Group G opponents Ethiopia on Friday, September 3 in Cape Coast, before playing South Africa on Monday, September 6, 2021 in Johannesburg respectively.
