Hearts of Oak have been reportedly offered a pre-season exercise in Tunisia by Ghanaian football consultant, Nana Kwarteng.
The reigning Ghana Champions were initially said to participate in the West Africa Challenge Cup due to start on August 19, but the latest gathering by ghanasportspage.com indicate that the Phobians will not appear for the pre-season tournament.
Nonetheless, Hearts of Oak could travel to North Africa to prepare the team ahead of a busy 2021/2022 season which includes CAF Champions League qualifiers.
According to ghanasoccernet, Nana Kwarteng who is said to be a representative of Tunisian club Avenir Sportif has proposed a pre-season in Tunisia to the Ghanaian giant.
Hearts of Oak if agree to the offer will use the training facility of Avenir Sportif in Soliman.
The Phobians will resume training on Thursday, August 19 ahead of CAF Champions League preliminary round against CI Kamsar from Guinea. The two-legged ties will come next in Semptember.
