Guinean side CI Kamsar have sent a string warning to Hearts of Oak ahead of their CAF Champions League preliminary round fixture next month.
Kamsar have been paired to face Ghana Premier League Champions Hearts of Oak in the preliminary stage of the 2021/22 CAF Champions League.
The Yellow and Green lads having set sight on beating the Rainbow colors mauled Lanyi Sport Academy de Dixinn 4-1 in friendly earlier today.
Goals from Abdoulaye Bannaro, Ibrahima Bangoura, Moussa Diallo and Ghanaian striker Sampson Eduku ensured they secure the needed win as they prepare for September’s clash with the Phobians.
Ghanaian trio, Eduku, Martin Antwi and Amos Frimpong were in action for Kamsar.
The first leg of the CAF Champions League game between CI Kamsar and Hearts of Oak will be played on a date yet to be confirmed between September 10-12.
Hearts of Oak will play as guest to CI Kamsar in Guinea before hosting them at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Winner of the tie will face Wydad Casablanca.
Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak resumed training today to intensify preparation as they hope to conquer Kamsar and advance to the next stage.
