The Federation of Togolese Football Executive Committee decided that, Kozah Sports Association (ASKO) have been named champions of the first division as they led the standings with 39 points, six ahead of second placed Unisport when football was halted with 20 rounds of matches played. There were six match days remaining before the season ended.
ASKO, is representing the country in the Total CAF Champions League.
This will provide the teams( Hearts and ASKO) with a feel of playing an International match and also to step up their preparations for their African campaign.
Meanwhile, the Phobians are set to face relegated Inter Allies FC and Divison 2 side, Adabraka Elders FC at the Legon Park tomorrow 1st September 2021. The first game on the day is said to kickoff at 9:00am.
Hearts will travel to Guinea for the first leg tie which is scheduled to take place on the 12th September 2021 in Conakry before the second leg in Accra on 17-19 September.
