Ghanaian champions Hearts of Oak will be taking on Togo champions ASKO de Kara in an international friendly today in Lomé.
The Phobians are preparing for their Caf Champions League first preliminary round tie against Guinea’s Club Industriel de Kamsar later this month.
The 6-time Togo champions are also prepping for their Caf Confederation Cup first preliminary round tie against Mauritania’s ASAC Concorde this coming Thursday.
The friendly game today will take place in the Togolese capital of Lome and will be live-streamed on Hearts of Oak’s YouTube channel at exactly 15:00 GMT (3:00 pm), the club has said.
In a related development, it is unclear whether Hearts of Oak’s game against CI Kamsar in Guinea on Sunday, September 12, 2021 will be coming on due to the military coup in the country which has forced Guinea vs Morocco World Cup qualifier to be postponed to a later date.
