Medeama SC have reportedly shown keen interest in signing Asante Kotoko’s third-choice goalie Kwame Baah over the Reds second option Felix Annan.
The Yellow and Mauves emerged as the certain destination for out of favour Annan but the move seems to have fallen through as Baah overtakes his teammate on the wanted list of the Tarkwa side.
According to Oyerepa FM, Medeama are ready to break the bank for the former Ghana U-23 goalie after losing first-choice Eric Ofori-Antwi to fellow Premiership club Legon Cities and sacking back up Frank Boateng due to consistent errors.
Baah featured in fewer games for Kotoko last season while as but managed to beat Annan to become the second on the pecking order behind Raak Abalora.
The two times FA Cup winners have been active in the ongoing transfer window and look to sign a goalkeeper to wrap up their signings ahead of the new season.
