There has been series of issues and misunderstanding between Board members of the club, the Chairman Kwame Kyei and some Board Members as well as the Management team of Nana Yaw Amponsah .
The crises on the leadership front connected to the technical team and the playing body which was largely blamed for Kotoko’s inability to win any trophy in the just ended league. Supporters of the club had their fair share and there have been several calls for Manhyia to intervene before the situation becomes worse .
Otumfuo the sole shareholder of Kotoko has been in the United States of America and only returned to Ghana on Thursday. The Manhyia hierarchy is meeting the Board members today to discuss issues of interest concerning the club recently.
Otumfuo is believed to be unhappy with the current situation and will question the directors on why the current situation.
