Black Stars midfielder, Thomas Partey on his first start of the season for Arsenal could not play full throttle as he called for his substitution.
The Ghanaian was at his usual best for the time he spent of the field, helping the Gunners to secure a vital 1-0 away win over Burnley. Martin Ødegaard scored a wonderful freekick goal to hand all the three points to the North London side.
Partey who made his injury return against Norwich City last weekend seems to have picked up a knock after he signalled for his substitution on the 75th minutes. He was then replaced by Maitland Niles.
At the moment it unknown whether the 28-year-old picked up a serious or minor injury which resulted his abrupt change.
The former Athletico Madrid man missed the Blacks Stars opening FIFA World Cup qualifiying games- against Ethiopia and South Africa in September due an ankle injury suffered in August.
Ghana would hope to have him fit for the next international break in October, where the Black Stars have a double-header against Zimbabwe in the World Cup qualifiers.
Meanwhile, Arsenal following the win have moved have moved up the table to 12th with 6 points.
