Black Queens head coach, Mercy Tagoe has promised an improved performance by her charges against Cameroon on September, 20 in the Dr Aisha Buhari invitational tournament.
Ghana lost their opening group match against South Africa as the Bayaana Bayaana thumped the Queens 3-0 to go top of Group B.
Hence, Ghana need a win against the Indomitable Lionesses today to brighten their chances of advancing to the semis of the six nations tournament.
Speaking ahead of the game, Tagoe said she is certain of a better outing unlike the first game.
“Our first game against South Africa was huge(the defeat) but we have put it behind us and we are prepared. We did recovery after that game and today we did a bit of team shaping towards tomorrow’s game and I believe with what I’ve told them we will see a different Black Queens tomorrow.” She told the Ghana Football Association communication’s team.
The game is set at 16: 00 GMT kickoff time at Mobolaji Johnson Arena.
