Hearts of Oak midfielder, Abdul-Aziz Nurudeen has resumed training ahead of the new Ghana Premier League season.
The Ghana U-23 man has said he is currently in good condition as he begun light training on Wednesday, September 22.
Nurudeen has been on the sideline since February, where he picked up and injury in Hearts of Oak’s 1-1 draw with Legon Cities at the Accra Sports Stadium.
”I miss the game of football. Football is my passion and my work as a professional. It is quite challenging not being able to do what I like best”, he told Phobianews
”I think I am feeling better now but it will take a bit of time to get back to full fitness. I am always happy to be on the pitch. It was a serious injury and I believe we have been able to manage it well. At the moment I am focused on the upcoming Premier League Season. We want to dominate the local scene again and I hope to play an integral role in that process”, he added.
