Newly appointed Black Stars coach, Milovan Rajevac has submitted his squad list for 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers doubleheader against Zimbabwe.
The experienced trainer will kickoff his second tenure as Black Stars manager against the Warriors in Cape Coast on October 9 before a return encounter on October 13 in Harare.
According to Ghana Football Association’s (GFA) spokesman, Henry Asante Twum (HAT), Coach ‘Milo’ who was appointed last Friday has presented his list to the FA’s technical committee ahead of his second debut.
Twum said in a voice aired on Silver TV on Facebook that the list submitted by the Serbian gaffer will go through the necessary procedures before it will be officially released.
HAT also confirmed that a squad of about 25-30 players is expected to be released into the public domain within this week.
Ghana need a win against Zimbabwe in both legs enhance their chances of making the playoffs and fight for a slot to appear in Qatar.
The Black Stars are currently in 3 points in Group G while Zimbabwe have 0 points after two games. South Africa lead with 4,Ethiopia lies second with 3 points.
