The retired Ghana goalkeeper has advised former Asante Kotoko SC shot-stopper, Felix Annan to join Real Tamale United(RTU) to revive his career.
Abubakar Damba says a move to the newly promoted Ghana Premier League side will do Annan more good.
The Black Stars B goalkeeper in the last three years has not been active in goal, playing as second fiddle at Kotoko despite been the captain and also battling injuries.
Annan has currently terminated his contract with the Porcupines after 10 years.
According to reports, the 26-year-old wants to take a break for a while before thinking of a move to another club.
“If I were him I would join a team that I will have less pressure and I can play game in game out to rebuild my confidence. If I prefer to send Felix Annan to RTU and I will handle him there.” The former RTU goalie said in audio aired on Angel FM
Damba added that he is ready to offer his service as personal trainer to Felix Annan if a deal is sealed.
“Handling him doesn’t necessarily mean I must be RTU goalkeepers trainer but I can be his personal trainer and I can sacrifice to that and let him come back. I will be ready to it any day anytime.”
