Embattled Gladson Awako will be available for Hearts of Oak’s CAF Champions League 2nd Preliminary round game against Moroccan giants Wydad Athletic Club.
Awako, who joined Hearts of Oak last month for a few reported to be around $15,000 has missed training in recent weeks and didn’t feature in the CAF Champions League 1st Preliminary round game against Guinean fold Club Industriel de Kamsar due to personnel problems.
The midfielder has reportedly dealt with those problems and will join his teammates in training next week as they intensify preparations for the CAF Champions League tie.
Meanwhile, the Phobians will also have last season’s top scorer Kwadwo Obeng Jnr available for the crucial clash against the Moroccan giants.
Hearts of Oak will first play Wydad at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday, October 16, before traveling to Morocco for the reverse fixture on Friday, October 22.
Should the Phobians win the tie, they’ll secure a place in the group stages.
