Asante Kotoko trio who have been deem as surplus to requirement have been training with King Faisal as the former continue to strengthen their side ahead of the start of the 2021/22 season.
Asante Kotoko who are pruning their squad size to allow the coming in of new ones have transfer-listed eight players.
Three of the eight players, Emmanuel Sarkodie, Ibrahim Osman and Godfred Asiamah have begun training with King Faisal as they will be joining the Insha Allah boys on a season-long loan.
The “Insha Allah” boys struggled to survive the Ghana Premier League 2020/21 season as it took them the last round of matches to seal a berth in the upcoming season.
They have had a lot of key figures left the club after the end of last season in Eric Donkor, Latif Salifu, Danlad Ibrahim, and Kwame Peprah who is with PSL side Orlando Pirates.
The coming of the Asante Kotoko’s rejected players will supplement the large number of players that have left the King Faisal squad.
